To build your downlines in anything, you need to promote.

Traffic exchanges and free classified ads are simple promotional tools which you can use for free, and which reach large numbers of people.

My favourite online classifieds are at AdlandPro, where even free members can post fully-featured ads with website links included, and your ad can be displayed globally or to your choice of country.

It is best to choose traffic exchanges which have a large number of members, as your ads will be seen by more people. For an up-to-date and independent list of the highest-rated traffic exchanges, see Traffic Hoopla. In general, manual traffic exchanges are better because people actually have to see your page and click or hover over a button in order to move on to the next page. Soaring4Traffic has a really excellent surf console, where you can enter details of all your traffic exchanges, keep track of which ones you last surfed and easily click on the ones you want to surf today to get started.

This idea is so crazy, it just might work! -

Some tips:

People need to see the same ad several times before they really take note of it.  For this reason, promote only a small number of sites at one time.  On a large exchange with many members, one site at a time is plenty.  On smaller exchanges you can increase that number, but it’s best not to promote more than 5 sites at a time unless you are have a lot of credits.

You can promote several ptc programs at one time by putting their banners on a splash page or blog post, and displaying that.  You can make and host splash pages for free at TE Toolbox.
